2. Description of Service
LexyBee is an adaptive language-learning platform that helps users study Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, and Korean through personalized lessons, vocabulary tracking, and interactive content.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Teahouse AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (e.g. custom vocabulary lists).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexyBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service.
